Business automation: requests, notifications and connected tools
Less manual work: requests, statuses and notifications move on their own, and the team spends its time on customers.

What you get
In many teams requests are copied by hand: from the site to a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet to a chat, from the chat to an invoice. It takes hours and causes mistakes. A request gets lost, a customer waits for an answer, a payment goes unnoticed.
We find these spots and connect your tools. A request from the site or a bot goes straight to a spreadsheet or CRM, a manager gets a Telegram notification, and the customer gets a reply and a payment link. We work with the tools you already use and write our own code where nothing ready fits.
We start by looking at how a request travels now, from the first message to payment, and where the time goes. Then we show a plan: what will happen on its own and what stays with people. Once you approve it, we build it, test it on real requests and hand over access and a short description of how it works. If your process changes, the setup can grow with it.

FAQ
What can be automated?
Anything that repeats by one rule: taking and assigning requests, reminders, invoices and payment links, reports, moving data between tools. If a step needs a person’s judgement, it stays with that person, and we make it easier for them.
Will we have to change our tools?
Usually not. We connect to what you already use: spreadsheets, CRM, Telegram, payment services. We suggest a change only when the setup cannot work without it, and we explain why.
What do you need from us to start?
Tell us how a request is handled now and give access to the tools that need connecting. A call where you show the process works best. We ask questions and draw up the plan ourselves.
What if one of the services stops responding?
The setup reports the error and keeps the request, so it can be sent once the service is back. If it keeps happening, we look for the cause.
Is automation the same as a bot?
No. Customers talk to the bot. Automation works behind it and inside the team: it moves data, creates tasks and sends notifications. They are often built together, but you can order either one.
Often ordered together
- Telegram botsA bot that takes requests, sells and answers customers while your team is busy.
- CRM and internal systemsYour own system for the team: customers, orders and tasks in one place, set up the way you actually work.
- AI integrationAn AI model that knows your product: it answers common questions, sorts requests and drafts texts.
