We build an internal system around your process: customer and order cards, statuses, tasks, roles and access rights, reports. It is connected to your site, Telegram bot and payments, so requests and payments arrive on their own. We design the interface for working in it all day, on a phone too.
We start with how the team works: who does what, which stages there are, what a manager needs to see. From that we build the data structure and the main screens and agree them with you. Then we develop in parts: what the team needs every day first, reports and the rest after. We move data over from old spreadsheets and show the team how to work in the system. After launch you keep the code, the access and a description.

Why not use a ready-made CRM?
If one fits, use it, and we will say so. A custom system makes sense when your process does not fit a standard funnel, the data is varied, or the system has to work closely with your bot and site.
Can we start small?
Yes, that works best. We build what the team cannot do without every day, launch it and see how people use it. Further parts come as they are needed.
Where will the system run?
On a server we set up or on yours. Everyone signs in with their own login and rights. Backups are set up from day one.
What do you need from us to start?
Tell us how work goes now, show the spreadsheets and chats where the data lives, and name the people who will use the system. We propose the structure and screens ourselves and agree them before development.
What happens to our old data?
We move it into the new system: customers, orders, history. Before the move we check that everything matches, and the old spreadsheets stay untouched until launch.
